Beginner Running Training Classes Enrolling In June

All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy our Running Fitness classes! We love to run trails, which is why we hold a specific running class once per week that all ages and experience levels can participate in! We don't just go off for a long run, leaving the more novice runners behind. Instead, we will work on speed, strength, technique and agility to become a more efficient runner.


Experience Trail Running In Our Running Training Classes!

Trail running is a completely different experience from jogging a road or track. When you embark on a trail run you get to take in the great outdoors while jumping roots, scaling hills, hopping over streams, and engaging your mind. Other advantages of trail running include:

  • Fewer joint injuries due to the softer running surfaces
  • Increased strength and balance from training on uneven terrain
  • Improved technique by constantly adjusting stride and acceleration
  • Mental relaxation in an oxygen-rich environment

Our members love trail running, and running so much they meet up for a social run once per week followed by a coffee and a cake! You can join some of our members who regularly take part in trail and road running races around the country like the Tunbridge Wells half marathon, Trail Marathon Wales, the Brighton Marathon, the Bacchus half marathon, and the Beachy Head 10k.
