    I joined Wildfit a little over a year ago after having my second child. I am now stronger, fitter, and lighter than before I had children! The other members are incredibly welcoming and everyone is supportive of each other. The instructors are enthusiastic and work hard to create varied sessions. The fact that the sessions are outdoors on the common and in the woods makes it so much better than a normal gym class. My favourite session is Wednesday run club which is a high intensity running session. It's so tough but I always feel great afterwards.

  • I started Wildfit it in March 2012 at the age of 46 and nearly 2 years on I am fitter than i have been for many years. 2013 has seen me lose 21lbs and do a trail half marathon in Snowdonia. This is the most fun you can have keeping fit. A good friendly group of all ages and ability and superb trainers that keep it interesting. I love it!!
